At the end of 2008 I had a Nikon D300, but after reading a report by Ken Rockwell, I decided to get Nikon’s latest DSLR, the Nikon D90 Digital Camera.
Why? Well it’s lighter for one thing, smaller and more compact, so easy to hold in my small hands. With the amount of photography that I am able to do I also felt that perhaps the expensive D300 was probably wasted on me.
This website is really to keep my notes and things I learn about this nifty little camera in one place, as well as to share the information with others who have a similar interest in photography as me.
I have to be honest and say that I certainly don’t take the world’s greatest photos. For one thing I have the most atrocious camera shake you could imagine! To try and hold a camera steady seems impossible for me – and, no, it’s not because of the drink, although I do admit to enjoying a nice glass of red wine. I don’t really do a lot of photography either, due to other circumstances of my life, but what I do manage to do, I enjoy!
I purchased my Nikon D90 from Jessops, a well known and trusted company. However, check out my page to compare Nikon d90 prices.
